PRIME LOCATION IN WALKING DISTANCE TO FSU, FAMU, AND DOWNTOWN

Positioned directly on Railroad Avenue in the heart of Tallahassee's Railroad Square Arts District, the Hotels place guests within easy walking distance of FSU, FAMU, and the Florida State Capitol. Collectively, the two universities enroll more than 55,000 students and employ nearly 20,000 faculty and staff, while FSU football attracts crowds exceeding 70,000 attendees per home game, generating significant weekend demand during the fall season.

The Hotels offer walking-distance access to Railroad Square Art Park's galleries and studios and the revitalized All Saints District, placing guests directly within Tallahassee's arts and dining hub. The surrounding area also features a diverse concentration of entertainment destinations along the Gaines Street corridor. Cascades Park, located just blocks from the Hotels, regularly hosts concerts, festivals, and public events, and the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center serves as a major regional event facility, offering a 12,500-seat arena and more than 54,000 square feet of meeting space, drawing over 500,000 visitors annually.

Tallahassee also offers a robust cultural and recreational environment, anchored by attractions such as the Museum of Florida History and the Florida Historic Capitol Museum. In addition, visitors benefit from access to over 700 miles of hiking, biking, and paddling trails throughout the region.
